Heren: black-tie, smoking met vlinderdas verplicht. Dames: (lange) galajurk. Bij het niet naleven van de dresscode kan de toegang worden geweigerd.

Parkeren bij het hotel: € 10 per kaart, beperkt aantal plaatsen. Daarnaast betaald parkeren in de omgeving. Fietsenstalling aanwezig.

Lockers in de lobby op de begane grond. Circa 2 dikke of 3 dunne jassen per locker. € 8 per locker. Vooraf reserveren via www.kluisje.nu/huisterduin. Het gebruik van de lockers geschiedt op eigen risico.

At Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin you pay by card only, contactless included. Cash is not accepted.

Alle tickets hebben een unieke barcode die bij binnenkomst wordt gescand. Digitale tickets hoeven niet geprint te worden. Toegang vanaf 18 jaar. Neem een geldig legitimatiebewijs mee, dit wordt bij de ingang gecontroleerd.

In de lobby van Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin scan je je ticket bij een van de twee desks. Daarna krijg je een polsbandje dat je zelf omdoet. Hulp nodig? De crew in de lobby helpt je graag.

Zero tolerance bij drugsgebruik; overtreders worden verwijderd en overgedragen aan de politie. Beveiliging kan tassen inspecteren of fouilleren.

A photo with your friends, family or loved one? Head to the photo wall on the ground floor. A few days after the gala all photos are in our photo albums.

Feel free to bring your own camera and take as many photos and videos as you like, as long as they are for personal use. Share them on social media with #NieuwjaarsgalaNW.

Photographers are also at the gala and a video report is made. These appear on this website afterwards. Our policy follows the guidelines of the Dutch Data Protection Authority, out of respect for the exclusivity and work of our photographers.

Photography for PR? Email productie@nieuwjaarsgala.nl by 31 December with what you would like to do. Without registration and approval there is no access or permission.

Recognisable in a photo you would rather not see online? Only you can ask for it to be removed, not someone else on your behalf. Email crossmedia@nieuwjaarsgala.nl with the link to the photo and where you are in it. To check that it is really you, we ask for a recent photo of yourself or a short video call. We use that photo only for this check and delete it afterwards. If it matches, we remove the photo or crop you out within four weeks.
